This extraordinary touring adventure encompasses the highlights of Peru's diverse and rich cultural past. We commence in Lima and take the spectacular flight across the Andes to Cusco, the former capital of the vast Inca empire. From here we make forays into the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the unique ruins of Ollantaytambo and the famous ruins of Machu Picchu. We then cross the vast high altiplano on the remote journey to the shores of Lake Titicaca, where we visit the floating reed islands of the intriguing Uros Indians. From Juliaca we say farewell to the highlands and fly back to Lima where our trip concludes. This trip is ideal for those with limited time, who are keen to explore Peru's southern highlights.

We are back from Peru with best memories. Whole trip was extremely well organised, hotels and excursions top level and all guides very professional. Absolutely exceptional guide was our guide in Sacred Valley, Jose, he is undoubtedly the best guide we ever have had and we all are missing him! Peruvian cuisine is exceptional and Jose did his best to find different restaurants. His talks about the history and culture of Peru is something we keep I hope for long years. Everything was so very safe – no robbers, no diseases, no mountain sickness. So Peru is friendly, safe and an exceptionally interesting destination.
