Bhutan High Trails

Just wanted to let you know we had a fantastic trip and it all worked out great. Our guide was absolutely invaluable and could not recommend him highly enough. He had a great talent for helping quietly and making sure everyone is right without making a big deal. He certainly had our respect as a leader and advisor but was also just a pleasure to travel with and getting to know him a delight. He is by far the best guide we have ever had and in the future we would actually look for trips that he was leading as we had that much respect for his quiet but competent ways.

Haute Route & Mont Blanc

One of the greatest alpine journeys, the Haute Route, stretches from Chamonix in the French Alps to Zermatt, in the Swiss Alps. On this tour we venture off the main trails into the heart of the alps, trekking across glaciers with magnificent mountain backdrops such as the Matterhorn. During the Haute Route Traverse, we not only learn basic mountaineering skills but most importantly we are well acclimatised before attempting our climb on Mont Blanc. To join this expedition you will need a very good level of fitness with good walking and scrambling experience. Previous mountaineering is an advantage, however not essential and this compact itinerary should more than satisfy all aspiring mountaineers.
