Family Adventures
These adventures are designed for families yearning more than the ‘typical family holiday’ and are manicured with the younger traveller in mind . The minimum age is generally 10-12 years. The pace of these is slower, with more time to relax. However the emphasis is still very much about undertaking physical activity, whether it be trekking, cycling or exploring.
If you have children under 10 and are still yearning for a family holiday adventure, many of our tours can be undertaken as a private group. Minimum numbers can vary between 2 and 10, so ring or email the office closest to you to arrange your family holiday adventure.
Our Utracks Europe Family Holidays are designed to suit families with children as young as 2. On many of our self guided cycling trips we arrange bike trailers which accommodate up to 2 children to a maximum of 40-60kgs (depending on specifications), and trail-a-bikes for 4-9 year olds. Our self guided walks are suitable for active children from 8 years old, while our guided Mont Blanc Family Adventure is for children from 7 years. Discounts are usually available for children under 12 years when sharing a room with two adults.
